What are the pros and cons of using dating apps?

-> One big pro of using dating apps is the increased access. There is a large pool of potential partners. However, one con is that it's very superficial. For example, these apps put a lot of importance on someone's appearance in just a few photos. It's better to date someone that you know personally.

 

-> I think the biggest advantage of using a dating app is compatibility matching. Some of these apps use algorithms to match the users based on their interests. On the other hand, these apps are full of scams. For example, some people make fake profiles to deceive people for variety of reasons. Because of the risks involved with these apps, people are better off finding a date the old-fashioned way.
